Nothing is Immortal (Short Story)

The beautiful garden was full of flowers .Flowers in full blossom were a pleasure for eye and soul. The sweet smell of those lovely flowers was a treat for the sense of smell. It was a beautiful day of mid of November . The sun was in a good mood ,he allowed the golden sun rays to spread everywhere. The charming season of winter with such pleasant weather was a delight for all.
A rose in full bloom opened it's eyes and looked around , " Ah! What a lovely morning!"  She again looked around," No one is as beautiful as me ", she thought proudly. "Look at those flowers, there is no comparison. I am the prettiest of all!"

Suddenly her eyes caught a glance of a withered flower which was bending down towards the earth and was breathing it's last breath. " Ha ha! Look at you", the young rose said to the dying flower. " How old and ugly you are. You are worthless! Good for nothing! And look at me I'm full of life, beauty and freshness. You are ruining the beauty of this garden. This place is not for you. You should be thrown in a waste bin!"  A weak smile appeared on the wrinkled face of that old dying flower. It was smiling at the innocence of that young rose.

The owners of the garden came to collect the old flowers and leaves and they took away the withered rose with them. They threw the garden garbage in the waste bin. " I was right!", The young rose thought proudly.

Time doesn't stop for anyone. Two days passed, the young proud rose was in the same condition , it was bending down towards the earth and was breathing it's last breath.  A rose in full bloom looked at it and said, " Look at you....................".

"TEAMWORK" (Poem)

One little ant in such a good mood,
Came outside to search for the food,

She had to get some food to store,
Got a little bit and wanted some more,

Little ant found a big piece of bread,

Tried so hard to push it by head,
But she left it in the mid way,
Poor thing turned back and ran away,

Little ant could not make it up?
Did she lose it and gave up ?

Oh no! she is back with a bang,

Look ! She comes with big ants'gang,
Task that  looked so hard and tricky,                                                               Effort and teamwork made it easy.

SMILE FOR YOURSELF AND FOR OTHERS!

What does a photographer say to us when we are getting ready to
get clicked by the camera? "Smile please " and we try to give our best smile , why ? Because smiling is the most beautiful expression of our face, it increases our face value and gives our face a positive look and who doesn't want to look good in a photograph , right ?

So when we can smile for a better photograph why can't we smile to make our life beautiful. A smile improves your outer look and it also presents you as a person with a positive attitude in front of others and that helps you a lot in today's stressful life.Every one loves to see a person with a gentle smile on his or her face .

Besides this, smile can do wonders from the health point of view.It reduces our stress, it stretches our muscles and expands our lungs. It also helps us to release our suppressed emotions and feelings and it lightens up our mood. Smiling slowdowns our heart rate and we feel calm and relax.

We should smile a lot but keep one thing in mind that we are not hurting anyone by our smile and we should avoid smiling on any sad occasion! So my dear friends smile for making yourself healthy and happy and smile to bring cheerfulness and positivity around you.

Why the sun and the moon live in the sky ( African folktale )

Long, long ago the" Sun "and his wife "Moon" lived on the earth.
Water was a very good friend of Sun. The Sun often paid a visit to water .They spent good time with each other . One day the Sun said to Water, "O my dear friend, I regularly come to visit you and meet you but you never visited me , please come to my place some day It would be great pleasure for me and and my wife to have you as a guest". Water said, " Look , you are my friend and I do not want to trouble you and your wife, when I will visit your place my  people will also come with me and you and your wife will have to drive out. I can visit you at only one condition if you build a very big compound ". Sun assured Water that he would build a very large house with a very big compound for Water and his people .

Sun returned to his home and asked his beautiful wife Moon
"O beloved, will you help me to build a large place so that my friend water and his people could visit us ." Moon answered, "Why not ? I will help you my dear." They started building a large compound.

When the compound was built Sun invited Water .Next day Water went to Sun's place and before entering he asked the Sun "Can I come in, are you sure ?" "Yes ! my dear friend please come in.", Sun said to water.Water entered in the compound and with him all the water animals and fishes also entered.
"Do you still want me to keep coming will it be safe for you?" Water asked . "Yes please come .",Sun said. Water continued flowing in with all fishes and animals . Soon the water level reached up to the neck of Sun and Moon . "Now what do you think ? Should I still keep coming ?". "Yes , please!" ,Sun said . More water flowed in.
Sun and his wife went to the top of the house.Again W
ater asked the same question and got the same answer by the Sun.Water overflowed the top and there was no place left for sun and moon. They had to go into the sky and are still there.
