JINN IS AFRAID OF .............. ?

Bobby was going back  home after playing . When he was on his way suddenly a shiny beautiful stone drew his attention. It was triangle shaped stone . Bobby had never seen a stone like that . He picked up that stone rubbed it by his hands and guess what ? From the stone smoke started coming out and a"JINN" appeared in front of the little boy . Bobby got so scared and stunned. The Jinn said to Bobby," No sir you don't need to be scared I will not harm you .You have let me out of this stone so now I am your servant and will help you out in every task!" ."But my parents will not allow me to keep a Jinn in my home!", Bobby said .
" Do not worry sir, I am only visible to you, any other person would not be able to see me ", the Jinn answered. " O.k then you can come with me ". Bobby was too happy that he had a Jinn as a helper now . He took the Jinn home . After having his evening snacks he went to his room with the Jinn and said to him, " Mr. Jinn can you help me to clean my wardrobe ?".  "Yes why not sir?", Jinn answered. And the untidy and messy wardrobe became so clean and tidy within few minutes .
"Could you please help me to change the bed sheet and pillow covers ?", Bobby asked. "Yes sir, it will be my pleasure!", said the Jinn . The work was done . Jinn did several jobs including the resetting of the toy shelf, cleaning the flower pot, polishing the shoes etc.  Mom will be so happy to see my room she always says that, " Your room is a mess!", Bobby thought happily .

Now it was time to do the home work . Bobby had to solve ten very difficult sums . He asked Mr. Jinn, "Can you help me with my home work ?". " Of course , I will! " , Mr. Jinn said with a lovely smile on his face." Tell me in which subject  you want me to help you ?", Jinn asked. "Well you have to help me to solve few sums in Maths" , Bobby said and turned back to open his bag . He took out his note book and looked for Jinn but he was not there .
                    Mr. Jinn !
Mr Jinn where are you ?
There was no sign of Mr. Jinn . "Ah ! Maths !! Even a Jinn is afraid of Maths!!" , a very disappointed Bobby started doing the sums .                                                                                              -Aunt Mary

"MY SHADOW" (POEM)

A constant companion my shadow is with me,
An imperfect imitation my shadow is with me.

Everything I do it copies that ,
A great fan of mine it is in fact .

In the morning and evening it appears tall,
When sun is overhead it becomes small .

Some times it makes me scared almost,
Creeps and follows like a phantom or ghost.

My shadow is with me wherever I go,
My shadow is with me that I know.

WONDER OF THE WORLD "THE TAJ MAHAL " ( Article )

My dear children, most of you must have heard of "Taj Mahal", one of the seven wonders of the world and many of you must have visited Taj. Taj Mahal is an extremely beautiful building built of pure white marble , it is located at the city of Agra in the state of U.P, India .Taj Mahal was built in the 17th century by Mughal emperor Shahjahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal ."TAJ MAHAL" means crown of palaces , it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site .

The construction of Taj Mahal was started in 1632 and was completed in 1653 .It took 22 years to complete the building .The main architect was Ustad Ahmad Lahouri. The design of this building is a fusion of Islamic, Hindu and Persian architecture. The height of the building is 71 meters. Twenty thousand of craftsmen, artisans and workers worked day and night to transform the emperor's dream into reality. It is situated on the banks of river Yamuna. The emperor spent 32 million rupees at that time (17th century) for the construction of this building.

When you enter Taj's compound, you can't believe on your eyes that it is real. It's beauty is so divine, that you can't express it in words. You just are able to say "WOW"! One's eyes get stuck on the Taj.

You can't take your eyes off the Marble Glory! If you see Taj in the moonlight you will find it shining like a jewel. When the moonlight falls on the white marble structure it's beauty is beyond belief.

The emperor Shahjahan loved his wife Mumtaz Mahal very much. She was an extremely beautiful lady that is why the emperor named her Mumtaz Mahal. The word 'Mumtaz' means 'Unique'. The Clever Monkey and The Crocodile ( Moral Story)

Once there was a  big jamun tree  on the bank of a river .The tree was  home for many monkeys . Monkeys were very fond of  sweet, ripe and delicious jamuns (purple colored sweet fruit) of that tree .  Among those monkeys was a monkey named ' Pintu. He was very naughty. One day Pintu was swinging on the tree  and singing a song . He saw a crocodile in the water . The crocodile said to the monkey, "You sing so well, your voice is sweet and melodious . "  Pintu was so pleased to hear this. He said, "I have a sweet voice because I eat the sweet fruits of this tree , would you like to taste some ?". He threw some jamuns towards the crocodile which he tasted , "Wow what a delightful fruit it is ! You are so good , thank you so much for giving me these tasty fruits.''
Next day the crocodile came again and Pintu gave him fruits to eat . Soon the crocodile made this his routine to go there and eat the jamuns . Sometimes Pintu gave him some fruits for his wife too. Crocodile's wife ate those fruits and said to the crocodile, "These fruits are so delicious! The monkey eats these fruits daily so his flesh must be very tasty. Specially his heart. Now I want to eat that monkey's heart. If you want to see me happy then bring the heart of the monkey for me".

Next morning, crocodile came  and said, " Dear friend, my wife is so happy to receive your gift of fruits and she has invited you to our home for lunch. Monkey said, " But how can I go there, I cannot swim". Crocodile answered, " Don't worry! I will carry you on my back.
The crocodile carried him on his back and when they reached in the middle of the river, the wicked crocodile tried to drown the monkey in the river. The monkey became scared and said, " Are you trying to kill me?". " Yes I want to kill you.", the crocodile said rudely. He was totally a changed creature now. " But why?", the terrified monkey asked. " I want to kill you because I want your heart for my wife as she wants to eat it". Though the monkey was scared but he did not lose courage.''I must do something to save my life'' he thought. He said to the crocodile, "You don't need to kill me for that. We monkeys can keep our heart outside our body. We can survive without our heart. I have kept my heart in my tree house. You take me there and I will give my heart to you. It will be my pleasure,  after all you are my friend!"
As soon as they reached near the river bank , the monkey jumped from the crocodile's back and at once climbed up the tree. He said, " You liar! You have deceived me!  I tell you the truth, I have not kept my heart outside . How can any one live without his heart ? Now go away and never show your face to me again!"
